Dear Valued Customers,

In response to the unprecedented and escalating COVID-19 situation, we at Subaru of Hamilton have decided, for the safety of our community, to close our dealership effective Wednesday March 25th.  –  tentatively reopening Wednesday April 20th.

Our biggest priority is the health and safety of our community.  A community that includes our associates, our customers, our suppliers and the residents and businesses of the municipality we serve.  Like many businesses, we have been grappling with the dangers of COVID-19 for a number of days.  The need to keep our people and customers safe was quickly outweighing the benefits of staying open.

Supporting the message to stay home is our priority and by closing we feel that we are doing our part in ensuring the health and safety of our community.  We hope others will do the same.

The statement “you are not alone; we are in this together” is only as strong as those who choose to lead and close their businesses.  As a leader, we feel strongly that everyone should go home and stay home.

By abiding by the social distancing and self-isolation protocols described by Health Canada, we sincerely hope this will give our medical experts time to get their arms around this virus.

Sales remains closed to the public. We will remain open for sales virtually 24/7. Test drives, however, are unavailable at this time. Vehicle delivery will be made available directly to your home.

Service is open with reduced hours of availability for emergency service and Front line personnel and first responders. We are now utilizing a zero contact policy. All drop-offs are to be done via our night drop box with envelope signature required for repairs booked. All booking is to be done by contacting us at service@subaruhamilton.com
Once your vehicle has been accepted, we contact you via phone, email, text or video chat to confirm the needs for your vehicle service. All payments are to be made via phone or using our mobile checkout service.

Parts sales are available as well with reduced hours. Parts availability via curbside pickup or delivery only. Again, zero contact only. All payments to be electronically in advance.

If you are currently leasing or financing with Subaru Financial Services or Toyota Credit Canada, they are available to support you during these exceptional circumstances. They are offering payment relief to our customers on a case by case basis. Customers can contact them at 1-888-513-5949.

We’re stronger together if we remain separated at this time.

Subaru of Hamilton remains committed to servicing our community in any way we can.
