Kudos to your service team for their prompt and helpful service during a non-scheduled “drop in” on my part with my 2015 Forester last Thursday. I had a question regarding my outside temperature sensor. Gary took my question to Mike, who showed me the sensor location and asked if I had 10 minutes. Mike then did a quick procedure to correct the problem, with a suggestion for what to do, should the problem continue. I was impressed with the willingness Mike and Gary to deal with my concern in a prompt and friendly way. Well done and thank you!
